Trip Fund Policy

The Trojan Pride is one of the top band proprams in the country - both in marching and concert band.  In order to foster this level of excellence, and to provide a significant learning experience for our students, the band takes various trips to competitions across the country.  Moving instruments and 250 people is a significant undertaking that requires planning, both logistically and financially. The band has more monies flowing through its accounts yearly than any other campus organization. To help insure that these monies are handled properly the Board has developed the Trip Fund Policy.

Concession Policy

In an effort to assist the band families with the expenses through the year we offer the opportunity to volunteer in Concessions and earn credits into your students Trip Accounts. To help insure that these opportunities are handled properly the Board has developed the Concession Policy.
