Chaperones

The following parents have been selected as chaperones for the trip to Pasadena:

Parents wishing to serve as a chaperone for the trip to Pasadena will be required to go through the application process with the Jenks Band Parent Organization. Normally, chaperones do not have to pay for trips when serving as a chaperone, but due to the length and financial magnitude, parents will have to pay for this trip. The cost of the trip for a chaperone is $2,500.00 - see payment schedule below.

  • The deadline to apply is on or before Tuesday, May 2nd.
  • Please read and fill out application thoroughly.
  • Applications should turned in to Mr. Hillock.
  • Chaperone selection will be finalized by May 12th.

Chaperone Payment Information for Pasadena. The estimated cost of the trip for a working chaperone is approximately $2,500.00. Payments will be divided up into six equal payments, beginning in May. Exact trip cost will be determined when all trip details have been finalized. (The goal is to have everything finalized in April). Payment schedule and remaining payments will be adjusted to match the actual cost and remaining balance of the trip.
