Grueninger Music Tours Company is collecting information for students, chaperones, and directors such as dietary needs, medical concerns, emergency contacts. Information Travel Protection and Insurance is also available as additional options.
Each participant (student, chaperone, director) going on the trip (not Family & Friends packages) is required to fill out all information.
Information to know before registering:
- Jenks Public Schools has liability insurance coverage for this trip
- There is no other type of insurance included with the plan from Jenks Public Schools or Grueninger Music Tours.
- Purchasing travel and/or cancellation insurance is an additional expense for each family
- It is highly recommended to purchase additional insurance, but not required.
- The approximate cost to insure a students is $162.00 per student.
