Have a School-Owned At-Home Instrument?

On the night of the band concert, please bring that instrument to the HS music building in room M107 (the HS Wind Symphony Band Room.)  After our concert, you can load that instrument onto the box truck.

  • 8th Graders, if you are continuing on to HS band, you may check out a new HS instrument at HS registration (on May 15th) or at the 8th Grade band concert.
  • 7th Graders, we will get your instrument cleaned and repaired.  If you are planning to do a summer music camp or taking private lessons this summer, make sure you put the “expedited repair tag” on your instrument so that it is earmarked to repair first.  Palen Music Center will call families with the expedited tag to pick up your instrument from the store.  All other students will receive their instrument at the beginning of 8th grade.

Concert tickets

Due to social distancing, students will be provided with tickets for concert attendees.  I have asked our classes to let me know the number of people they believe will attend our concert (some stated more than or less than 4 tickets), and if that number is accurate, it looks like we will have enough tickets for everyone to attend.  Students will receive tickets on Friday, May 14th.
