Band Banquet

After Spring Break: $35.00

The band banquet is set for Friday, May 10th at the the Tulsa DoubleTree - Warren Place - 61st and Yale.  This Banquet is for students, parents, and familes to attend and acknowledge the amazing work that the Jenks Trojan Pride accomplished this year! Tickets are $30 per person before Spring Break.  Complete the order form and return it with your payment on any Money Friday or Band Parent Meeting. After Spring Break they are #35.00 Last day to purchase tickets is Friday, April 28th.

Seniors should also email a BABY/TODDLER picture AND a SENIOR picture to megmelton@hotmail.com    Senior picture will be printed in the banquet program.  BOTH will be in the Slide Show at banquet. 

Finally, Seniors and their parents should start working on their Senior Boards.  A standard Tri-Fold board is appropriate. Decorate it with photos and memorabilia from your band years.

Senior Boards can be set up beginning at 5:00 PM on Banquet Night. Doors open at 5:30 PM. Dinner served at 6:30 PM. We are looking forward to celebrating the closing of a great year with our Trojan Pride Family. Join your fellow band members for an evening of food, fun, and awards.

Valet parking is available at the main doors for $7.00 per car OR the parking garage is available at no charge. 

Banquet Dress Code – Wondering what you should wear? You may wear jeans or any school appropriate attire or formal/informal appropriate clothes per the High School Handbook (click HERE for detailed information regarding dress code and formal events). However, we would like to point out MOST students and parents dress up for this occasion. It is, after all, a banquet and celebration.
