In Person Registration
For any student who missed In Person Registration, a make-up day has been set for Saturday, June 3rd. Students with last name starting A-J come to the high school band room at 9:00am. Students with last name K-Z come at 10:00am. All parts of registration and uniform fitting will take place during this time.
All registration fees are due on Saturday, May 20th. Full payment is required. Students will not be allowed to attend pre-band rehearsals and run the risk of not getting a spot in the fall show if registration fees are not paid in full by the start of pre-band (July 24th).
Mandatory Registration Fees for 2023-2024 will be approximately $1,400.00 with approximately $600.00 in additional and/or optional fees for new and returning students. The exact amount for each student can be determined after completing the online registration. Payment is required on the day of physical registration. Financial obligations for the school year 2022-2023 will need to be taken care of by this time. Any student with a negative balance will be placed on hold in the office and will not be allowed to participate in any manner until their account is in good standing.
OSSAA requires students to complete a physical before participating in Marching Band/Colorguard. A form (two pages in length) is suppled by Jenks Public Schools and MUST be used by all colorguard students. The physical must be completed before the start of pre-band (July 24th). Like registration fees, students will not be allowed to participate or attend any pre-band rehearsal until the form is completed and submitted. Forms must be handed in person or sent in PDF format. Do not send forms as a picture or in JPG format. A PDF of the form is available below.
2023-2024 Jenks Physical Form (Band Students)
Medical Release forms are included with the online registration process. This form provides the necessary information should an emergency occur. Just like all other parts of registration, medical release forms must be turned in order for students to participate in rehearsals. Physical forms can be turned in to Ms. Annie or Mr. Hillock. If you are emailing a digital copy, it must be in PDF form.
This summer, the colorguard has a new schedule. Times and locations are subject to change, but students and parents will be notified of any changes to the summer schedule in advance. All rehearsals are tentatively scheduled to be held at the High School TAC. If students are staying for weapon rehearsals, they will have an hour for lunch from 1-2 pm. Students can go off campus for lunch, have lunch brought to them, or they may pack and bring a lunch. The summer schedule is as follows:
June 12th-16th and July 10th-14th
Monday: Full guard 9 am - 1 pm, all weapons 2 pm - 4 pm
Tuesday: Full guard 9 am - 1 pm
Wednesday: Full guard 9 am - 1 pm, all weapons 2 pm - 4 pm
