6:45am Band Room Open. Percussion start packing equipment.
7:05 In chair, roll taken. Please be in your full concert attire for roll.
7:10 Load Buses
7:30 Depart for Tulsa Community College
7:45 Arrive, Unload Equipment
8:00-8:30 Warm-Up (on Stage)
8:40-9:30 Performance & Clinic
9:45 Load Buses
10:00 Depart for Jenks High School Band Room
10:15 Arrive and Unload, excused from 2nd hour. Change into school clothes, then go over comments in band room. Students should not hang out in the hallway.
10:53 3rd Hour/Lunch
