OSSAA Itinerary - April 9, 2024
8:25am - Roll taken. Please arrive to JHS in your concert attire. Normal rehearsal.
9:45am - Put belongings in another room (TBD), then load buses. Do not leave any personal items in the main band room. You will not be able to go in the remainder of the day.
9:55am - Depart for Owasso High School.
10:35am - Arrive at Owasso High School. Unload and set cases in the foyer. We will reset in arcs before moving to the warm up room.
10:55am - Warm Up
11:20am - Performance on stage.
11:45am - Sight read in the sight reading room.
12:20pm - Load and depart for lunch in Owasso. Students bring $$ for lunch.
1:20pm - Depart Owasso for Jenks High School
1:50pm - Estimated arrival at Jenks High School. Change. Go to 5th hour and finish the rest of the school day as usual. Do not leave anything in the room we use to store personal items.
3:55pm - School lets out. We are hosting a contest, so please stay out of the music building.

TCC Pre-State Music Festival - Thursday, March 28th or Friday, March 29th
HS Preview Concert - Tuesday, April 2nd
State 6A-E and 6A-EE Concert Band Contests - Tuesday, April 9th
State 6A Concert Band Contest - Friday, April 12th
Spring Percussion Recital - Thursday, May 2nd
Spring Concert - Thursday, May 16th (back up date is May 10th in case of bad weather)
