4:30pm: Rehearsal run-thru in band room
5:20pm: Pack small instruments
Friday 4/03
7:30am: Group meeting in Band Room
7:45am: Concert run-thru (mallets play, others airplay)
8:30am: Load truck
9:00am: Depart for Choctaw High School
10:30am: Arrive/ check-in at Choctaw High School
10:45am: Putnam City West/ Edmond North/ Owasso Concerts
12:30pm: Lunch on campus (bring $) - concessions-type of food available
1:30pm: Unload/ setup on stage
2:15pm: Warm-up on stage
2:45pm: PERFORMANCE
3:15pm: Estimated end of performance - load equipment
3:55pm: Yukon concert
4:30pm: Nathan Daughtrey Masterclass
5:45pm: Depart for Jenks HS
7:15pm: Arrive at Jenks High School - unload
7:45pm: Band room locked
