This year, the Teacher Rally performance is on the Jenks High School Campus at the Frank Herald Gymnasium
Teacher Rally Performance Rehearsal - Thursday, September 3rd
Practice for this performance will be from 5:00-6:00pm, at the Frank Herald Gymnasium and then 6:00-8:00pm at the football stadium. Band room will be unlocked after school. Students should enter in the main entrance of the gym (West Side of the building). From there, students will be directed to the bleachers for initial instructions.
Teacher Rally Performance - Friday, September 4th
Students are allowed to park in the music building parking lot, but may have to park in the North Lot (student parking) as well. Guard will have a separate itinerary, but will meet with the rest of the group at the Frank by 8:15am.
6:45 AM Band Room Unlocked.
7:00 AM Uniform Checkout for brass, wwds, battery, and cymbals. Students should be in full and proper uniform. Gauntlets, hats, and plumes will be used for this performance.
7:40 AM Warm-Up in Band room
8:00 AM Transit to Frank Herald Gym
8:15 AM All Groups Line Up and Begin staging for rally performance.
8:30 AM Performance – includes JB, Fight Song, the pledge of allegiance led by a drum major, the National Anthem, and the Alma Mater.
8:40 AM Performance Finished. Head back to the band room for Uniform Check-In and morning rehearsal.
9:10 AM Front Ensemble Members Report to Stadium for Set Up
9:30 AM - 11:30 AM Morning rehearsal at the stadium.
