September 15 Fundraiser Kickoff

Good morning!

We will be kicking off our one and only fundraiser soon, so I wanted to share information with everyone!

We will be doing our FanPledge fundraiser on Tuesday, September 15 after school from 4:10- 5:30 in the JMS Cafeteria. This will be a fun way for students to raise money for our program while also earning candy and prizes. Students will need their chromebooks and cell phones for this portion! 

Once students are set up, they need to add contacts to their profile. Contacts are people who may want to help support our band program through a donation, such as family members, family friends, parent's coworkers, etc. Since this fundraiser does not involve delivering a product, contacts who live further away are also able to participate!

We are pushing for every student to get 20+ contacts to reach our donation goal. 

We are a very large program, and with that comes large expenses. This fundraiser helps us pay for expenses for the whole year, and allows us to help offset the cost of our end of year trips. We are only able to do what we do because of our high participation rate in this fundraiser, so it is so important to us that every student participates and comes to our fundraiser kickoff of September 15, from 4:10-5:30 in the JMS Cafeteria.

The class that gets the most in donations will receive a pizza party, so get as many GOOD contacts in as possible before September 15!
