The Jenks Trojan Pride is excited about performing at the OSSAA Regional Marching Contest. The contest is being held at Muskogee High School.
Band will use regular marching band uniforms (with gauntlets - no hats) and Guard pre-uniform for this contest. Uniform racks will not be utilized. Show Performance Hair will be used for this contest. Students should arrive with show hair done.
We are using charter buses for this trip.
Props will be used for this contest. Semi and Equipment trucks will be loaded during the morning rehearsal.
Make sure to eat breakfast before arriving. Lunch will be served enroute to Muskogee.
Bring water jugs for this event.
Morning Rehearsal X's 7:30 - 9:00 am
Load Trucks & Uniform Check Out 9:15 am
Uniforms will go under buses in storage areas.
Load Buses 10:15 am
Students should be dressed in Maroons & Grays. Pick up lunch on the way to the buses.
Depart 10:30 am
Lunch on buses enroute to Muskogee
Arrive & Unload 11:30 am
Changing facilities will not be available. Students should have proper attire on and be able to change into uniform. Hanging bags moved to bus cabins.
Transit to Warm Up 12:20 pm

Returning to areas to load instruments, uniforms, and equipment. Possible Talk time. Snacks will be given to students upon departure.
